We offer classes that include all these elements and guarantee you will leave stronger and challenged in the best way. We also offer complete body composition testing with our state of the art 3D Styku infrared body scanner. This provides immediate feedback on your body composition and will help you achieve your health and fitness goals safely and quickly.

Classes:

Paradise RowFlow- Our signature class! A perfect blend of Pilates, HIIT, and strength training. This class is for anyone ready for 45 minutes of intermediate/advanced reformer Pilates, rowing sprints, and weight training. You will leave exhilarated and exhausted in the best way!

Paradise Reformer Basic- beginner/intermediate Pilates workout using reformers, towers, and Pilates chairs. This class is for anyone wanting to learn and solidify their Pilates skills and repertoire. Basic principles combined with a solid workout.

Paradise Reformer Advanced- advanced/intermediate Pilates workout using reformers, towers, and Pilates chairs. Participants should be proficient on theses apparatuses and able to balance well one one foot.

Jump in Paradise- A cardio/strength class using jump boards and weights. This class is for anyone and is guaranteed to get your heart rate up, sweat on, and strengthen your muscles.
