Really bad annoying app. Most of the time gets stuck. Also more issue with login, gives technical problem. Cannot react to an open trade on time cauze you cannot login/stucks. Lost because of this damn issue. Clear cache everything eventhough stuck very badly with an open trade. Provided/misleading signals are also most of the time not correct/late given signals for entry price. Edit: The issue was forwarded to the IT department by customer care of Avatrade, I experience improvement but still

i give it 2 stars due to live markets,educational webinars,good customer services and the other 3 stars i wiil reward it if the withdrawal completion gets shorter to atleast 24hrs regardless of the method i use 'cause it's wierd to wait for it for 10 business days, secondly,this app takes my money when i set a stop loss,it stops beyond it and when i set a profit target a trade closes before hitting the target and lastly, some of the instruments are not available,and analytic indicators are few.

Avatrade was a new experience to me, I had to learn allot on my own, and after sending a email for assistance, I was advised that I need to make a bigger deposit. I deposit on the understanding that I will receive a boost, but nothing, received an email later stating 100% boost on R 2000 deposit, once again made a deposit, but noting. My trades closed, but I did enjoy the program. Good luck to the other investors. I am done.
