Mathway: Scan & Solve Problems

I'm suffering the same problem as all the recent posters. What is happening with your app? About 3 weeks ago it started freezing and needing to be reinstalled every few calculations! Now i have tried to reinstall multiple times and the error message, "Oh No! Something went wrong. Check your connection and try again" comes up every time :( I am paying $10 a month for an otherwise excellent product.

I'm currently quite annoyed with this app. 1, the explanation/sequence in which the app shows the step-by-step answer behind the solution can be extremely convoluted. So much so that even simple concepts can become a weird and difficult puzzle to solve. 2, my biggest issue is the fact that I can't even use the damn app. For the past few days, every time I even attempt to load an answer, it just goes into a loading screen. I'm not paying for an app that I can't even use.

Paid for a month of access on the browser and installed the app. Tried to sign in with my Google account and it just loops back to the "Sign Up" or "Sign In" page. Every attempt adds another layer when I try to backtrack, so if I mash the button to sign in, I have to click the back button an equal number of times that I pressed the login button to get back to the original layer. tldr: Google login not working at all. NOW THE WEBSITE DOESN'T EVEN WORK AT ALL. I WANT A REFUND.
