Sign up is quick and easy but the app itself is extremely buggy. This makes it nearly impossible to do the tasks and complete a mission in the app. The biggest issue is the camera feature. When I try to take a photo of a product, the app will freeze and I will not be able to open the camera unless I force stop or uninstall the app. The bigger issue is that this happens every single time I try to take a photo. This makes it so hard to complete everything, thus making this app a waste of time.

It's an amazing app with numerous opportunities and I absolutely give full credit to the hard working staff who makes those opportunities available for us Eyes. However, there is but one problem that many of us bump into: shortness of items. A lot of the time, they're not there. Nada to scan and we don't get paid the full amount often because of it. I was wondering, as were many, would it be alright if we got paid the full amount for our efforts? Sometimes, we cannot control the item shortage...

I've given this app a year of my time and effort, continuing to give it chance after chance. Unfortunately, along with all of the other mobile apps of it's kind - Once you've completed the listed mission, the "approvers" disect your submissions until they can find any reason to avoid having to pay you for completing the mission. I've lost count of how many $4.50 missions I've completed only to receive .50 cents. Good luck reaching their support teams or receiving a response.
