(Pet). So far don't like app or vacuum. No battery %. No remote control (like a toy car). No dark mode. No wall follow. Weak battery. No mapping! Very quiet. Gets stuck easily. Finds base easily. had a cheaper one with a better app and more functions. Hard to set up. disappointing for the price, moves too slow, one speed. Doesn't cover the whole floor, gets fixated in one place while not in spot mode.

terrible app. My spinwave which had connected to the app for 2 years could no longer connect. I bought a factory refurbished unit from Bissell and that couldn't connect either then I bought a brand new unit, and it won't connect. in the meantime I have spent t literally hours on the phone with various tech support people...an utter waste of time. Now I can only use the robot manually which means I lose many operating functions

The vacuum? great! The app? Trash! First it logs out every week and the option to "remember my password" doesn't work. Second it gives bogus notification like "vacuum finish cleaning after 8min" or "has returned to the dock" when it's still in function and have been cleaning for over 30 mins.
