Love the food and the delivery is always super fast. But ever since the app got an update its been horrible, when selecting items off the menu it's terribly laggy and you have to wait until the horizontal bar at the top reaches the section you've scrolled to. Also many times it'll be down for hours and won't allow me to order, reloading it doesnt work. the little pop up on the screen says there's a traffic issue but 9 times out of 10 there isn't actually an issue. Would've given it 5⭐ otherwise

Cheezious has always been my favorite, and the food and overall experience are consistently great. However, the outdated payment system really needs improvement. It's 2021 , online payment should be standard. If that's not possible, riders should at least have card machines, or there should be an option to pay while placing the order. I'm giving a 1-star rating solely because of this issue; otherwise, the food is excellent.

There is no option for online payment when ordering, which is really inconvenient. We don’t always have cash on hand. Maybe it’s for tax reasons or something else, but you only accept cash on delivery. Cheezious is a big brand, and you should offer a card payment option for online orders.
