The app is terrible. I haven't been able to log into the app for months. It keeps telling me my log in details don't match their records. I have reset my password multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times but log in algorithm still hasn't been rectified. Don't use the app, just use the website. The company is really good but I won't be using the app again.

Couldn't be prouder to be with a company like this! The quality matches the price of the food perfectly so I don't mind paying the price! I even tried my in laws fussy shizhu with a few and always clears his bowl aswell as my own yorkie mix! My first box was only 18.50 for two weeks worth of food aswell as a free bag of treats to try and after that it's 27 with a 30% off code and will go up to full price but I don't mind paying as its worth the money. App needs some work though! Crashes often

This is my first time using Butternut easy app to use and easy changing plan, can't wait for my next delivery,. You get an introduction pack with how to introduce the food slowly to your dog or dogs, and my dogs loved it... Really pleased with the service..
