You can book tickets (limited filters though, would be nice to be able to filter by night train for example). I cannot upload tickets or find timetables (it says it cannot connect to server everytime). The "station board" times are not available for everywhere (eg Italian stations) and there is only a very limited amount of stations plans available on the app, some of which are outdated like the gare centrale in Luxembourg. The design of the app is simple but could be nicer.

Since July 2023, ticket purchases no longer work with the app. After the credit card payment is confirmed, I'm stuck at a white screen in the app. No error message. The payment is actually not made. Reinstalling the app does not help. I'm now using the nearly identical SNCB International app for tickets to Belgium.

I used this app to successfully buy TGV tickets 2 times, so it's great. On one of those occasions I ended up with a double entry with the same ref. numbers, which looked strange, but did not impact anything in real life. Push notifications didn't work for me. I'm also wondering about the following: as this is my 'original point of sale', then there should be some cancellation/exchanging options available!
