Great game but customer service is a pain to get ahold of if you need them. Contact us takes you to a website where it doesn't recognize the user ID so it doesn't let you send the bug report and has no other way to contact them. I'd love to get my items and progress more but every time I click on them it loads a download screen then boots me back out to the main island, after that I camt even move or click the missing items.

How do I receive my progress on my new phone? If my old phone shattered and I am unable to try to receive the transfer code? This would be like my 5th time restarting this entire game from the very beginning 😭 and it sucks! because I really enjoy this game! I just don't like restarting all over again every time my phone breaks or my phone gets lost...

I've been playing this game for at least 3 years. Worked great and was amusing and fun to play. And then you morons went and "updated" it. Now it won't let me out of the extra game unless I totally exit the entire game. And the timer for the speeded up thing is now gone. FIX IT BACK!!!!!!!!! or I'm deleting this.
