About this app

Join us for the 2025 AEDCE Charting North Annual Conference, held on August 24-26, 2025 at the Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas in Rogers, AR. AEDCE is setting its sights on what's next. This year's theme is a nod to both our Northwest Arkansas location and AEDCE's forward momentum—expanding our impact, navigating change, and charting bold new paths for the communities we serve.

"Charting North" isn't just a direction—it's a declaration.

A few agenda highlights include:

• National Governance Expert Bob Harris on building innovative, future-focused boards and creating strategic plans that drive mission and results.

• Breakout Session:Chambers and EDCs of the Future — exploring evolving models, member ROI, funding structures, and relevance in a changing landscape.

• Jackie Wolven, Executive Director of Main Street Eureka Springs, presenting Stronger Together: Community-Centered Approaches to Economic Resilience.

• Site Location Consultant Panel — back by popular demand.

• Legislative Session recapping key outcomes from Arkansas's 95th General Assembly.

• Annual Favorites like the AEDCE Awards Luncheon, the State of the State Breakfast, and breakout sessions curated for chamber, economic development, and entrepreneurial support professionals.

Arkansas Economic Developers & Chamber Executives (AEDCE) is the statewide professional association representing economic developers, chamber executives and entrepreneurial support professionals in Arkansas. Previously organized as two separate entities, (Arkansas Economic Developers and Arkansas Chamber of Commerce Executives) the two associations merged in 2016 to create a stronger, more efficient, and unified alliance. Membership is available to anyone with an interest in the economic and community development of Arkansas.
