it's not letting me play or do anything else with my account. It times out when I click play and says the account isn't valid anytime I try to back up my data or buy a deck. If i try to log out to relog, it tells me that my account isn't backed up and I'll lose everything. I've got all but a handful of the decks. I've poured quite a bit of time, money and effort into this game and would like to keep the things I've purchased. a little upset right now. 😡

I've enjoyed this game for many years but it's reached the point there are rarely enough players on to start a game, only during certain hours of the day is it even worth attempting. Even more, about 15% of the time the servers seem to be down as you can even load a game (it says it's the internet connection, but like others my bars are high and no other app gives me connection issues). Sucks as evil apples used to be a great way to have a good laugh while wasting some time.

The game is great but even more impressive is the customer service! I stopped playing 5 or so years ago and recently downloaded the game again. None of my purchases were on there, and within 2 days of contacting customer service, all of my purchases were honored and reinstated with politeness and plenty of personality. Thank you very much evil apples support!
