This app is pretty rough round the edges, but if you want to build a kettlebell workout it does the job. I paid for it, and it was probably worth it. It could certainly do with some QA, on the menu it says 'yoga' so they've obviously just taken the same template for another app and copied it. like I say though it does do the job, I can't speak for the free version as I just paid for it straight away.

So I really love the app and use it all the time, because it has some nice workouts. My only problem (and the reasonon for the 3 stars) is that there are no breakdown or explanation for the exercises. It's all cool that you show them, but we need a breakdown and if someone doesn't know how to execute a move correctly they can injure themselves, especially with kettlebells....

Great app. Great to be able to change workout time. Been using it 3 times a week for a few months now, to get into shape andlose weight. Usually doing full body, and core or upper body when too tired. Workouts are tough. After that long it does get a bit repetitive (probably less than going to the gym and doing tbe usual 3x10 reps of the same machines), but for free its a brilliant app, and less than a months gym membership to unlock the other stuff, which I havent needed to do yet. Recommened.
