The game is awesome until the game stops saving my progress. I use diamonds on things to get ahead and when I come back to the game it did not save it. Please fix because I like this game a lot and don't like losing diamonds to. It stopped saving and does not want to move on to the next level 15. I play and finish the level and when I go back to the game its back to level 14. My phone's Internet is on and the wifi. this game needs fixed

I am not that impressed with this game overall. if you don't have a particular item on the order board, then you have the option to watch a video to gain that item but for me I can't watch any videos as the game won't let me Also, I paid for a bundle of gems, but I never received the gems, so I was conned out of money. I messaged player support, but I never received a reply, nor were either of my problems actually fixed

The biggest issue I had with this game is the barn storage. It is so small and every upgrade just adds a little which is never enough to store resources needed to answer orders. Then the tourist heart meter is another issue. I don't understand why it always reduces anytime I come back to the game; it doesn't really encourage me to bother answering the tourists' orders since all will be for nothing. Apart from these it's still a nice game and good graphics
