The service isn't too bad, however it is also slightly misleading. The top-up options are very limited, you cannot top-up directly using an unlisted (e.g European or American) credit or debit cards, even if it does recognise those for a limited selection of payments. Nor are there options using Googlepay or PayPal. Without gopay plus you cannot transfer money to other gopay accounts. Although the website says otherwise, upgrading with a passport no longer seems to be an option.

App : Voucher not usable in google play. Rp1 multiplied by total users who bought it = sounds like another level of scam. Their promo just like a client-side app in a computer,for some categories there are no promo-price at all when it opened. Loan svc : They'll make you wait for almost 24hrs to 2 days in the loan service liquidation, yet you'll get lots of spam call from them in the 3rd to 1st day before the due date. For someone who never late, that's annoying and literally a nightmare.

the UI is quite good and it's rarely laggy or buggy but, there's this "bug" or something that i experienced yesterday: "so i already cancelled the game subscription, but a few days later i lost Rp 105k out of nowhere, and for some reason the app says it's to extend the game subscription, although i already cancelled it a few days before the incident" Edit: i already received the money back, so big thanks to the gojek, gopay, and also google play team for the great service :D
