Digital Wellbeing is a decent app with a few useful features. I like that it has a Focus mode, which lets you hide notifications from distracting apps — that can really help with staying on task. The screen time reminders are also helpful, since they show you how much time you're spending on certain apps. Overall, it's not the best app out there, but it's not bad either. Just an alright tool for managing your phone habits.

The 5 star reviews are just Google related Google staff pretending to be real people, it's very intrusive, using your data for marketing and profit, this app isn't worth having, I can manage what I do with my phone for when I want to or not. I don't need reminders telling me how long I'm on an app. every five mins, is ridiculous. It knows what apps you're using, what you're doing on your phone etc. etc Not cool.

there is no way to exclude productivity apps like reminder apps. I use 2 alarm/reminder apps and it show 1+ hours usage which could be background or ringing time but I never interact that much with these apps. so either change logic to detect how much time i actually spend time in or allow to.exclude apps which user can decide no to.unclude them in well being but battery usage for sure all apps should be considered
