My 4th 1 star review....1. Never works correctly. 2. Gave it another try. It will not let me watch + features event though I've paid for it (yes. I checked). I'm in the correct account using correct password. It logs in then when I select something it kicks me to the subscribe page. I've tried to reset in-app purchases. This app is a money grab. Pisses me off every year. You'd think I'd learn. Don't do it.

While we have not been able to consistently replicate after basic troubleshooting, we are aware some users are experiencing issues with the current app experience. We will work towards improvement in the coming weeks and continue in the lead up to the season. Please check back for updates.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. What is the point of me paying for another subscription if I can't watch the out of market games, which is the whole point of getting this in the first place. The app is so sluggish that it is borderline useless on both my mobile devices and my Xbox series X. This is the worst app and subscription purchase you could make. After a year away and the app somehow got worse. I can't watch the team that I want to watch and I'm forced to listen with a radio.

It's crazy how bad this app is and has been for such a long time. I try to enable notifications and it simply doesn't work, they get disabled as soon as I leave the app's settings screen. I want to check game stats and play-by-play and the app lags badly and forces me to watch a video I never wanted. I open the app and it keeps sending me to the stupid Game Pass page (I already have Game Pass, advertising it to me over and over again is pointless and annoying).
