Beginner to Tai Chi. this is my first time doing Tai Chi and the application really does a great job of just walking you through simple steps and working your way up to intermediate and even advanced level. I'm still in the beginning stage and the steps are easy to follow and you can really feel your body working out it does work up a sweat even though the move seems simple. I am seeing muscle tone after a while and it definitely does relax your body and puts you in a Zen mode.

Fun and practical. I would recommend checking on the exercises guides; some of them are incomplete and video is not related to the subject, so it is difficult for beginners to follow

I work in the healthcare field and there is a lot of stress and strain on my body. As I have gotten older I have become more stiff and regular exercise adds extra strain and stress to my body. This free app helpse me to easily burn calories, stretch, and tone my body without adding any extra stain or stress to my body.
