Very uplifting and informative app. It helps to understand what's happening to your body at this time of life by analysing the results of the symptoms and triggers. Cause and effect. The reminders to rehydrate throughout the day and the pelvic floor muscle exercises are a godsend 👍☺️

the new update hasn't fixed anything the save button doesn't work you can't save any logged symptoms or periods, please sort this out promptly, I have downloaded the latest version, the save button still doesn't work. must be an android phone glitch
