My experience with the app/site itself was okay, but your technical support was terrible. First of all, it is expected to be able to reach TS with an email or from the site and not from telegram. In addition, I noticed just from how your support team/person writes that they are very unprofessional. Furthermore, I had some problems with your site, and when I reached out, they took a long time to respond then they proceeded to give some information that add no value to my problem and ignored me.

I gave Here Wallet a four star because I haven't had any issues, no wrong display of coin balance, there's a stake button right on the app with a very wonderful interface easy to navigate, Here Wallet is a personal, simple and easy wallet but without a Dapp browser. With levels, benefits and bonuses. I would suggest if a "Support Button" could be added, so one can easily chat a support in case of an issue. One can easily secure there wallet with a fingerprint or a four digit pin. Feels safe.

Boxes opening event was a pure scam. You had to pay for the box with earned HOT and at the end after waiting one hour(it was written that it will take 2") the number of participants for the second box was 50k... after the app said that I won a box... I had more than 200 clicks in 1" btw... and now after I wasn't able to claim my prize it says that the results have changed!!! I expect the team to giveaway at least 10$ worth of any tokens to us manipulated, mislead people who wasted time and HOT
