As someone that has recently switched from Samsung to OnePlus (OP 12), I don't like it as much as samsungs music player app, but I Def don't hate it or anything. It supports live alerts on my oneplus 12 running android 15 (the other "music" app by these same devs does not). Works fine for me for playing back locally stored music. Supports all the formats I need (mainly MP3 and FLAC). The UI is pretty good. Glad I discovered this. Also personally haven't seen any ads in the app.

Too many ads, it's takes so much time to open the app. There's a lot of lagging.i can't go back to the song cause it was glitching. Equalizer option isn't there anymore. Everytime I go to another song there's add popping up. The previous was so good, it got no issues like this. I can't even easily make a playlist of songs. It's okay if you don't update but don't make this app so annoying. Please solve this. I face this problem again and again plz fix it

Usually when you bought a phone, you can use it to listen to music/other audio files that's on your phone with the software that comes with it. Without interruption (ads). (Because you know....you BOUGHT IT, it's one of the basic functions of a smartphone to play audio files without interruption, you're not Spotify. What next, you gonna show me ads too when I'm trying to take a picture with my phone???) I know HeyTap isn't part of the phone's company. But this is just messed up
