The App has an issue with losing profiles. I'm receiving notifications of messages, when I click the notifications the profile cannot be found and our conversation is gone. Then I get another notification from the same person, click it again. profile still cannot be found. So on one end they can see my profile and message me, but on my end they're unmatched. it's always with someone that I'm having a good conversation with too. Review rating will change when this issue is addressed and fixed.

while I think this app is nice and all it's not without flaws. I purchased the gold membership and I was only getting profiles from the Philippines despite only having my location for the United States. You're telling me that with the amount of people living in the states and only a handful of them have this app?? I don't get anyone from any other countries just the Philippines and it sucks when half of the people I messaged don't speak English or reply back despite them liking my profile first

So premium features need payment, yes, but you still can use it for free and enjoy without those featurs. I like the app so much that I bought premium even though I did not need, because I want to support the team who made this app. Hope other people's experiences are also like this. Dear iris team, if you read this, please consider promoting the app in Georgia, there are many beautiful souls who don't use other dating apps and I think they'd use this one. Keep up the good work 👍👍👍
