App de nurse is a quick, simple way to ask a nurse a question. You open the app, start a chat and a nurse answers your questions. If necessary, a doctor will be consulted.
With the Nurse's App:
· you have direct contact with an experienced nurse
· We will assist you on working days from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sundays and public holidays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m
· you can send a photo
· chat in a PIN-protected environment

So far don't know if it is good or not,asked one question and after 45min still no answer. Then I chatted via another health app and my questions were answered within minutes. Will try another time and if still same result then going to uninstall it...

Waste of time. The problems with general health care in the Netherlands is that everything goes to GPs who there are not enough of. Even with an emergency request, we get told that you need to contract your GP. The app become useless when you do not get proper referral to a specialist, and just get told to contact your GP. Call your GP instead.

App is broken. Gets to a screen with an orange consent button without text where you cannot continue. Worthless.
