I don't understand the marketing strategy. Not a single free beginner workout, no way to check one out before purchasing a subscription. No trial time either. And few workouts taking less than 60min. For beginners. Sorry, I rarely have that much time in one piece (kids, anyone?). And the workouts seem to have been put in random order. As a beginner I need a bit more of a plan and hand holding. Doesn't seem like the app for me. Advanced workouts look impressive though, I.e. 2 stars not 1.

It's the best free workout app. How to perform every exercise in perfect form is shown on screen. Massive amount of free content and no ads!!!! You can schedule workout for each day, no need to remember routine, timer between exercises which you can skip if you ready for next round and 3 different difficulty levels depending on your fitness level. Pro is too expensive for me but free version fully satisfying my needs.

In terms of the selection of exercises, this is the best I've found. Awesome range, useful filters, and solid progressions, with obvious benefits to upgrading which is an affordable price. It's just a shame there's no way to note your own achievements with a programme; e.g. if you don't hit the max reps for an exercise, you can't note how many you actually did, nor can you mark if you had to skip/alter an exercise due to lack of equipment. Add that with the next upgrade & I'll make this 5 stars!
