the worst car booking app I ever came across. none of my documents got uploaded in the app. had to call the customer service and then send my docs through whatsapp for them to upload in the app. which took 1n halk hour. then when I tried to add my card. the same issue again , and its already 2hours 20minutes since I started this process. made the payment from the link sent by the ezhire team , but still nothing. no booking detail or anything in the app.

booking No. 420172 I have been using the application for many times, but now I can tell you that most of the recent reviews are real. Updated to reply; I have shared the screenshot over email, so you are lying, and I have requested for return over call, chat and application many times last Sat, and till now no one is calling or collecting, most service ever, don't use those unprofessional people/ company. And their application and customer service are worthless.

Dear Amr Morsy, thank you for contacting us. As this was a self-return booking, no collection request or confirmation was received via app or chat, and the vehicle was not returned. Accordingly, an extra day was charged per policy. Please note, returns must be made at the original time, with requests submitted 3 hours in advance. – eZhire

I don't want to give even 1 star I have downloaded the app and recharge the walet and booked one car and it's shows available so I booked for a day after that status shows pending in 15 mins it's show rejected and I received a call says no cars available so try next day morning 1st time I understand and next day also I book same things happen then I didn't receive any call after I trying to open the app it's shows ezhire blocked my account temporarily now it's 10 days still my refund not done👎
