Hello. I’m from Georgia and I have been using your Joker card game app. After the latest update, the app is stuck at 0% when launching and will not open. Could you please help or release a fix? Thanks in advance.

They constantly have technical difficulties. I purchased 6 day unlimited IDQD which is impossible to use ,but money is charged for it. They take your money ,buy you don't get to enjoy the service that you pay for. If 2 people get the same exact points that randomly choose the winner, which is unfair.

That's an update of a review i left 3 years ago and then have left a game very long for the same reason. Nothing has changed.I pointed out that loyal gamers have to have a choice to block or report gamers who keep being offline.They slow the whole game down and make it unenjoyable.Plus they get all the cards and jokers all the time and win the whole game! that is not fear for the gamers who are actually logging in to enjoy it. Hope it gets fixed soon, or I am about to uninstall the app!!
