Your data is safe with us! We take privacy and security seriously and never sell or disclose your Personal Health Information without explicit consent.

Our app is free to use with absolutely no ads. Insights in the app and in the reports that are generated by our app are limited to 30 days and can be unlocked with an in-app purchase or through credits. A monthly subscription is also available to gain access to our Pain Guide - a set of educational content developed by pain experts that can teach you about pain and coping strategies to manage it.

Use this pain management app to replace your hand-written:
• pain diary
• pain journal
• pain log
• pain tracker

The Pro version adds the ability to view or report on more than the last 30 days. Reports are free to generate, however, those that contain advanced sections may require an additional credit to be purchased. An optional monthly subscription can be purchased so that an unlimited number of reports with advanced sections may be generated without the need for credits.

Update...once I updated to a new phone, this app is working great again. No issues and 5 stars. I've been using this app for over 8 years to track my pain, activities and meds. Except for a glitch in late June the app has been great with no problems. The issue might have been my phone's operating system.

Great app, nicely laid out & easy to use. I knocked a star off because despite this being the paid for version it still has the same requirement to buy credits for the more advanced reports. Having paid for the app I assumed this would be included & that the credit system was a way of supporting the free lite version, the only real difference between this & lite is the reports containing 10 records in the lite version & that's it as far as I can tell. The basic/enhanced reports are free/included it's not that they charge you for everything, I just think it's rather cheeky to charge a fairly chunky fee for this app (it's not like its 50p its a fair whack) then say oho you can only get advanced access to your data if you buy credits (there's no csv export feature either). This feels to me that I'm being taken for a cash cow due to being ill which isn't a great feeling. Love the app but if it'd been made clear that the only real difference is the record number I probably wouldn't have bothered paying. Either go with 1 model or the other not both OR give a pile of credits to those who buy the Pro version.

Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts. Although we try to emphasize that most reports do not cost anything (they are free!), only the more comprehensive sections (e.g. timeline, charts, calendar) require a credit. Most doctors don't need this section. We'll be rolling out a new model soon, which should hopefully make things easier.

This app is awesome. It's easy to use, and is customisable to match most of our needs. It's a great app for recording what we're going through in our lives, and even useful for helping our doctors and related people help us, by checking out the trends etc... Another great use for this app is that for those of us who have injuries that happened at work, or other places where we may be taking legal action, have insurance claims, and so forth, we can show a trend or other information this app records, and use the data to help prove our case. I actually haven't used this app for a while, as with chronic pain, comes depression, even to chronic depression. I'm pretty lazy these days, and tend to put things off till tomorrow, then when I end up remembering, it's been a few weeks, or more. Today I started to use it again, and realise that it's easier than I remember. I have noticed that some meds we have here in Australia, aren't in the database, and I'd love to have an option when adding, or editing a med, to have a button that reports the drug to you, and maybe an option to include a website, so you can check it out, and add it to the database. Another thing that would be nice is if this app could sync with other apps, and trackers, such as Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Hydrate Spark, Accu-Chek etc... that way, it can automatically add the synced information into our daily records. I have a few more ideas, but some may not be suitable for a review. I highly recommend this app to everyone who has a need for such an app, even to some who may not know they need such an app, it's an awesome app, and is very useful. Keep up the excellent work...
