3½ stars. It's good for editing with decent features, though it used to be better. They've implemented mass amounts of AI. Auto subtitles are very helpful and text-to-speech is good for those of us that aren't comfortable with our voices, but the generative AI in their effects thumbnails, characters, and even some effects themselves. It's completely unnecessary. They have a standard plan which feels unnecessary when they already had Pro. all in all, it's good but could be much better.

It's no more that interesting app that enable people wanting to subscribe for the pro version. More and more features are locked. Text-speak locked, text-to-audio locked, add sounds to videos locked, many other features locked. It's just a common app now like many other apps. To add sounds to videos or use any of those features now can only be done by monthly payment subscription for the pro version. Power Director editor is even better than it now.

Years ago I loved this app, now it's kinda complicated. Ever since January things have changed. 1. Stickers for the past month or two, it's been difficult to really move the sticker around after posting it to the video. 2. Basic/Pro Almost Every effect, sticker or sound has basic features on it, which ruins most ideas for videos 3. Tiktok Sounds idk how it meant to work but like I don't think it's helpful since it barely loads any audio. Pls look into this especially the sticker situation.
