I followed the instruction on the app to cancel the subscription but it keep saying you have no active subscription with this email....what a scam. lucky I looked at my account and saw that they are still taking money out of my account. there's noway to cancel the subscription. don't sign up with this app. useless

I have a problem with my subscription. My subscription was canceled by the program just two days after I subscribed, and I was asked to subscribe again, even though the subscription fee was deducted from me twice. Despite that, the program is now telling me that I don’t have an active subscription.

I have paid for a month and never received a receipt, my app is working as I never paid, with not fully contents available, ant there's not way to contact anybody about that, avoid! Edit: I'm still waiting for a receipt but the app is working, and they sent me an email address to contact them.
