The latest update ruined the app. Every time I talk using the actual phone, Zello shows the microphone icon crossed, and says something else is using the microphone, and I have to restart Zello in order to unblock it. Haven't found any other way to do it. It wasn't like this before the last couple of updates, it was working perfectly, so this is a new bug. I'm only rating it this low to get the developer's attention, it's an awesome app with some fixable bugs that are ruining it for the moment.

Terrible update. Has turned everything into a foreign language I have no idea where from. Please fix as soon as possible, I've never once had this problem and can't even find language settings to manually fix the problem. Device used is the Samsung Galaxy A12

from bad to worse, it's a dead platform. unless you know people on it, otherwise it sucks! it's a shame how they killed their own platform, in addition, the software is buggy and always crashing at times. it's just a horrible horrible app. I wish I could give it zero Stars but there is no zero stars sadly and the problem is the developer knows this and they don't reach out to you even if you leave them a bad comment or a good one. but don't reach out anymore. don't bother with support basically.

What’s new
In this release, we made it easier to stay in touch by improving how recent contacts and voice messages work, especially when no one is selected. For work users, a new availability scheduling feature helps you automatically silence messages when you're off the clock – no need to toggle manually. We also refreshed visuals for a smoother experience, improved headset and mic behavior, and fixed bugs to keep everything running reliably.
