Updating from 4 to 5. I keep coming back to this game because the idle formula is actually really good. I mean for what it is it's just really well balanced in all aspects, and it's not super bloated like these games tend to be. The UI could be improved by labeling dragons in the menu where you see them all (even not owned) & linking store items to their previews (like appearances to dragons). Buying auto play seems essential, it's discounted the 1st time but otherwise quite expensive.

It's a shame mobile games nowadays are competing for worst monetization. THREE different subscriptions, one of which feels necessary (auto-hatch/merge, more dragons on screen) and is also how to remove ads. This is on top of laughably overpriced pop-up bundles (one dragon for $40 lmao) and cashshop. I like dragons, but this is the worst kind of idle game. P2W PvP slop, with no strategy because some dragons are just blatantly stronger. UI is often irritating, interrupting play and loads slowly.

I played this game way longer than I should have. I like dragons. And this game has good visuals, as well as consistent rewards and checkpoints that make you feel like you're still progressing. I liked the game. But it's a pay to win. Progression is SOOO slow, and you can't catch up without spending hundreds of real dollars. I cant afford a $25 purchase for a single legendary dragon. If I want to pay that much for a game, I'll buy something bigger that I can own after paying for it.
