The first transfer went flawlessly. The second transfer was withdrawn from my bank account but was not displayed in the app. I contacted the support team and they immediately processed the transfer. This shows the great support behind the app when you have problems. One criticism is that the available limit is not always displayed correctly in the app. Overall, 5 stars!

Terrible delay of payment, I made a small transfer 2 days ago and it is still not processed, no idea if something is wrong with the payment or not. Money is withdrown from my account thought, however, it is still no received by the other end. No contact possible over the phone, no answer in social media. Great idea, bad service!

Hello, we've checked your transaction and gave information via e-mail. Money transfers via ParaGönder completes within a maximum of 2 business days. However, we are sorry to worry you. On money transfer process; your money firstly send from your bank account in Germany to ISBANK AG pool account, from there are transmitted to the receiver in Turkey.

They claim that they lost my Id card and I have to sent a photo of my Id as an email attachment. Can you belive this? If a bank simply can "lost* a very important data,all of a sudden, it means my money can be disappeared as well. I don't trust this app anymore.
