Excellent app - great, clear design and wonderful meditations. Since I started meditating regularly, it has had a noticable influence on my anxiety and stress levels - they're lower! And the "Lullaby" meditation helps me sleep soundly every night. I recommend this app to everyone struggling with mental health issues.

This is great tool to balance your mood, regain confidence, calm stressed senses. Background sounds create great ambience. Great energy of people leading meditation. Love the graphics too. A+++
