Actually pays out! It does take a while to level up and earn more, but it's worth it for a free app that doesn't have a ton of ads. It is slow when you push the claim button, but wait it out otherwise it takes the points more than once. Also, sometimes won't allow me to log in to PayPal but works when I back out and go back in. Yes it requires you to log into your PayPal at each cashout. Is give more stars if it weren't for those issues. Also, pays in euros so .50 is actually .49.

WASTE OF TIME! DON'T DOWNLOAD! In order to receive any prizes you have to download an app and play for a certain amount of time. I scratched a few tickets can scratch as many as you want but after 5 it's pointless because you lose the prize with it with if you don't have enough "vouchers". So, I installed an app for a voucher like it said to and follow every step properly. I played the game for 3 hours straight and didn't get any vouchers for it.

Yes the app really does payout. It's just in euros. Not hart to convert to us $s tho. It's not bad. Just with you got more vouchers at a time because then it slowly increasingly gets a bit harder. Not a bad app though. Also only other issue is, when I try cashing out. Not even 2 seconds later it says "timed out" so I have to reput in my password either once or a few times before it works.
