The one thing that is glaringly missing is dark mode. Those of us who work at night or in dark environments are blinded by the white screens.

I still really like this app. We have been dabbling in the tasks feature and have found it to have limitations. The map view only allows road view and not aerial or hybrid. This is difficult for tasks that are not at an actual street address. Individual tasks will not load a map if if you use coordinates. The mapping is definitely lacking and limits it's use as a field service app. Otherwise, it's great and they make improvements often and writing to a PDF report is a nice unique feature.

Hi Troy, Thanks for the update. If I understand correctly, you're on the task overview map, which only has road view. However, if that's the map you're on, you should have a Start Navigation option, that will open the map in any recognized map app on device, where you can change to aerial, etc. If different, reach out: [email protected]

Very decent software. Almost fulfilled my needs completely, but there was 1 dealbreaker. I need to record an instance in the past with both date and time. Reached out to support, they said not possible in one entry, need to have two. Declined to promise to implement. Appreciated the honesty and the effort. Moving on.

Thank you for the feedback and feature request Vit. Noted, and this may be something we implement in the future across all device types. We do have a newer date/time combined field in our recent Task feature but as you mention, the original date/time field types currently require two separate form fields, both of which can be set to 'required'.
