A bug-ridden barely maintained app. Streams stop playing for no reason. Shows then can't be restarted because the app thinks you've exceeded the play limit. App is unresponsive when connected to Chromecast, no way to spell search results etc. 2025 edit: years have passed and no improvements. More concerning, recently loads of 5* reviews have appeared. Seriously looks like fake reviews. All saying the same and saying nothing. And all liked by multiple people. This is not a 4.5* app.

Nice app to listen a few of my favorite weekly shows, but it doesn't really buffer ahead (switching between wifi/mobile data on my way out is enough to have it pauzed for about ten seconds, which is annoying) and as for casting music: it's pausing or even disconnecting every time my phone plays some other media (including Instagram stories with moving stickers). Also very annoying, would like to see that fixed in the future.

It's almost 4 years since my first review and mixcloud still doesn't stream properly/reliably. Music cuts out once in a while and takes ages to buffer. All other a/v streaming services work flawless here, no matter mobile app or desktop pc. Come on get your act together. Such great content here but unusable for a home party. Increase the stream buffer to 20 minutes. Easy fix?
