I really enjoy the content of the app. I found Cbt helping for anxiety. I like the guided journaling. Some things missing are like more breathing exercises (only 5 or 6 available), develop the insights part... I have been using the app on an off for years (since 2023) when I feel like I need it. So the app really has something that works for me. I am wondering how long it would work for me though as the content is limited. However each exercise is really good. I'd definitely recommend this app.

I use this app everyday and enjoy it. My biggest complaint is that it seems you can only log 1 feeling entry per day. They must have never encountered the hormones of a female before. I would like to log my daily feelings to help even out my MANY moods and keep track throughout each day. I would like the app to chart my roller coaster moods over each week and month on a graph so I can see where it calms down/evens out in consistency and where the flare ups are so I can help moderate myself.

I liked Clarity's features more than other apps I tried and was considering paying for the full year. But then it discarded a long journal entry (I think because I didn't do a certain exercise or something afterward). I'm not even sure what I did wrong -- really unacceptable
