The website is poor but the app is even worse. I've logged in, clicked on my Profile but it says Unable to Load Profile. And there doesn't seem to be a way around it. Come on Etihad, get some decent UX people and better developers. Answer to Etihad: Already reinstalled app. Now when I click on Profile it takes me to a login page. I enter my details, enter the code sent to my email, it says "Loading" and ..... takes me back to the same login page. No error message. I've done this 4 times.

This apps is useless. I have tried to book two return ticket from Jakarta to London yesterday (Jun 10, 2025). After payment settlement, up to now, I haven't yet received any booking confirmation while my credit card was charged. I have also tried to contact Ettihad through this apps and still there is no appropriate suggestion to solve the matter. Again, the same problem happened. My bank confirmed that I have paid extra baggage, however the apps hasn't yet send me a receipt of it.

18,120 miles from multiple business class trips disappeared just like that. etihad keeps changing terms and conditions, to cheat customers. Customer support completely unhelpful, does not even try to help customers. once you have paid, money is gone and you are at their mercy. poor level of service for the price paid and worthless loyalty program. somebody will namesake reply to this review, asking to call customer support. again same thing - no real solutions, utter waste of time and energy.
