Great UI, but some of the features advertised could be misleading. I saw that signing up for the wallet gives users access to better rates than advertised. However, I didn't see any advantage after I signed up for the wallet. When I reached out to customer service, I was given the run around with memorized responses not addressing my question. I was and still am disappointed with all of these.

I am having issues sending funds, The issues started after I updated the App to its current version. Can the technician look into this for us? The make and model of the device I am using is Samsung S24 Ultra SM-S928B/DS. Your supplied email address on the Play Store is no longer available. Customer service up to no scratch, they give out scripts and irrelevant advice. These issues are technical glitches, therefore am reaching out to the relevant department for interventions. Thanks

Began great, ended up with zero support. I used it for several years without any problems. But as of Feb. 2025, it drastically changed, and removed my password to get money (so there goes security). Support staff don't help, just tell you to re-start the app. I was promised a call-back regarding my problems, and never received one.
