Used to be a great app. My go-to app for sending money. Two days ago I made a transaction and it has still not been processed. I contacted customer service through chat and, after waiting 35 minutes, was told the transaction was in it's final phase and they would let me know when it completed. I asked why and they said because of a problem on their partners end. Too much volume they say. No way to cancel transaction. I made another transaction today and it went through immediately.

it's okay the first few months but starting last week it's not possible anymore for me to send money , it keeps on popping up that my Bank declined my transactions but upon going to the Bank they said that they don't decline my transaction and I should contact Sendwave but upon asking help from customer service still nothing happened they insisted that the problem comes from my bank and now I can't log in anymore and didn't receive code to log in

I have had this app for years and it worked fine until recently when I had to send a larger amount of money. Not only did it not work and it kept saying "cancelled" but after THREE SEPARATE DAYS working with support for almost an entire hour each time i have given up. every single time i am told it will be fixed within 24-48 hours just for the same thing to happen again. I truly appreciate the huge waste of time this presented. thank you.
