A terrible app, really surprising for a multinational company. I've wasted ages trying to adjust my subscription order, thinking I've achieved it, only to find when the order arrives it's still the same as last time. The app is slow, laggy and has server connect issues halfway through an order. The app also doesn't give any detail apart from the name and strength to the coffee pods you cannot order. So really it's pot luck whether you like them or not. Needless to say subscription cancelled.

In general it would be ok, but sometimes feels untested. Example: Today it hanged for the first start, then it took a lot of time to find the recycle bags, because it was hidden under multiple hierarchies. Then seemingly I couldn't increase the quality from 0 through several attempt, but when I gave up, and went to the basket, there was one bag in.

Very poorly optimized app. Sluggish when loading up product pages; sometimes even failing to load like others have mentioned. Also, it keeps doubling however many capsules I added to the cart (and no, I did NOT press the quantity multiple times. Just selecting 10 capsules for example will show up as 20 in the cart). How's that even possible from a coding standpoint??? Forget this app, the website is significantly much better.
