Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy is a punishing climbing game, a homage to Jazzuo's 2002 B-Game classic 'Sexy Hiking'. You move the hammer with the mouse, and that's all there is. With practice, you'll be able to jump, swing, climb and fly. Great mysteries and a wonderful reward await the master hikers who reach the top of the mountain.
To quote Jazzuo himself: "The hiking action is very similar to way you would do it in real life, remember that and you will do well".
• Climb up an enormous mountain with nothing but a hammer and a pot.
• Listen as I make philosophical observations about the problem at hand.
• Between 2 and ∞ hours of agonizing gameplay, depending. The median time to finish for my playtesters was 5 hours, but the mean was closer to ∞.
• Lose all your progress, over and over.
• Feel new types of frustration you didn't know you were capable of.

It's a good game that's designed to be challenging. Most of the low star reviews are going to be from people who are upset that the game isn't easy. But if that's not a concept that's appealing to you, avoid this one.

This game is great. It's angering, but after about the 20th win, it's pretty fun. But there are 2 things to note: First, you the semsitivity is preset low so you should max it before beginning. Also, on the mobile version, bugs slowly begin to appear throughout the gameplay. This ranges from textures disappearing and turning pink, to the settings menu forcing itself open making it hard to play.

its like ironing my balls on an industrial level I love this game stress reliever big time you can progress and progress and then boom your somehow back at that little tree best thing about it so far 10/10
