It's okay for beginners if you have absolutely no idea what to do. The app is very clear, easy and simple. Some exercises are good, others are way too easy and seem to be having zero effect on me. I also find some exercises wayyyy too slow, I could definitely go 2x faster, but sadly there is no option for that. Also a wider range of exercises would be nice, after 15-20 days I'd expect some new ones. Otherwise it's a good app but not sure it's enough if you want to get fit
