Have been using this for a long time now. I mainly use food & car nothing else that much. My fav feature is Pay later so convenient. I like the credit limit increase facility with regular payments also the points that helps me to get even 500 tk off on big food orders. Pathao pay is also good. Smooth user experience so far. The only thing that I want to point out is when the app understands that it has retained me as a car customer it dramatically increases cost. This needs to get fixed ✌️

They rarely accept rides when I need them the most, and even when they do, they often end up asking cancelling afterwards. They mostly prefer serving female passenger, which is quite unreasonable. When I need a ride the most no one accepts request. On the top of that, the pricing is expensive - we have to wait a long time and still end up paying extra, especially when the rider come from far away. This practice is highly disappointing.The only positive aspect is the promo code as an apology.

very Bad. They are wasting my 1 hour of time after making the request. Everyone just demands extra fare, if I don't agree, then they cancel the trip. I call the helpline and I don't get a solution. It's really bad.
