The app has a lot of nice functions and study material if the subscription you are paying for includes that which is great. HOWEVER, the audio feature I pay for in my subscription will not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone, checked all the app settings, contacted support and have not heard back yet, and still the feature will not work. That feature is something I find very useful so not having it functional takes away from a 5 star review.

So frustrating that there are no audiobook controls while reading the text. I like to watch it highlight as the audiobook reads but am unable to pause or watch how far I fast forward or rewind in the text because I have to go to another screen to reach audiobook controls, I can't see the text at the same time, I have no idea how far to rewind or fast forward. After digging I did find where I could add to my menu to "read from here" but this is not a user friendly app at all.

I thought it would have good potential but is there really no way to prove you already have the book? Surely if you already paid the 200 something dollars for the actual book you don't have to pay a subscription for the online one? It's not even a once off! You can't own anything anymore. People aren't made of money and I'm bummed I can't afford this. Would have loved to use your app. I've read other reviews only to see that the responses they get are AI. The textbook is good but the App? $$$
