Worst sports streaming experience/app ever! No box score, no news, no hiding scores which are simply just the MVP for all sport apps. It crashes randomly during streaming, can't watch games with delay, because once the live game ends, they just shut down the stream nevermind where you are in watching it and make the full game available only hours later. It is just simply a joke that this is the official app for FIBA.

This app and website is incredibly frustrating to deal with. On top of many of the random technical issues people describe here, you also can't cancel your subscription online, you have to email them. They are happy to take your money online though. The website and subscription emails don't make this clear. Recommend finding another way to consume your basketball. 👎👎👎👎

Is the worst platform I've ever seen. I paid for the full world cup pass. Then it turns out that to watch the game recaps you need the annual pass!!! 40€ more, It's insane, never seen such a scam. And the platfom itself is horrible sometimes it turns off, in some games it blacked out at the end of the game and you couldn't watch the final.... I want my money back
