Good app. I used to love using it but they're getting greedy. When i just got my subscription you got unlimited messages each month (22 euros). Now they have a point system and made each message more expensive for various reasons (like the longer your chat conversations or prompt is the more expensive each message gets) so i only make it through 2 weeks before running out. 22, 50 or 100 euros for subscriptions like this is completely ridiculous so i switched back to c.ai.

You're purchasing points. In other words , the subscription doesn't give you unlimited chats. Every chat costs you so many number of tokens or points and once they are used up you can't do anything but wait for the tokens to be refreshed again the next day. Unless you pay more. Which inevitably means you will be tempted to upgrade to the most expensive package, because nobody wants to stop a project midstream and wait 24 hours before their points/tokens get refreshed again.

I subscribed for one month and paid all the way through October 28th, I cancelled five days ago and lost all my points and now it shows as a free account, I wrote them and they were supposed to have fixed it but it was back to free status the next day. It has been 5 days now and I'm out $20 and no solutions.
