Well my review goes down again, I would pass on this app.. I have been a member since 2018 & it's got progressively worst as the years went on. I have been unable to redeem for a gift card for days now, reach out to CS saying something isn't right. I have tried laptop,cellphone & even husband's cell ...their help "Try another device or server..make sure it's the latest software update" that's the only answer they give ..even after explaining done that already x4. Far better apps out there, Next!

Mighty Mad
One of the most miserable apps I ever had the misfortune of downloading on my cellphone. Out of three surveys, two will take you to an fatal error page, guarantee. And it will have nothing to do with your hardware (mine is a Snapdragon with 64 GB ram of memory), it's the app. Prodege's only saving grace, when it came to Answer, was covering the page error for points when you reported it, but they recently changed their policy on this, so there's no longer any reason to keep using it.

Please update the browser in this app. It fails to play video so many times causing surveys to fail and won't accept cookies so often you cannot progress in a survey. Also **please** move the refresh button from the bottom center of the screen, it's far too easy to tap it while using the keyboard, and then you get disqualified from a survey. It should be at the top.
