About this app

By adding their car registration in the app, Season Ticket holders at PaSS car parks will be able to enter and exit by having their number plate scanned at the barrier. PaSS is only live at selected Q-Park car parks.

It is important that you create your MyQ-Park account before registering on the app or your Season Ticket will not link correctly with your vehicles car registration and you will not be able to enter and exit the car park using your number plate.

How to register your number plate
1. Activate your My Q-Park Account on the Q-Park website. When you purchased your Season Ticket, you will have received an email prompting you to activate your account
2. Download the Q-Park app
3. Login using your My Q-Park Account Email and Password
4. Enter your car registration

After completing the above steps, the barrier will automatically open when you drive in or out of your home car park. The Q-Park app has been developed to further enhance the parking experience for our Season Ticket holders.

Good alternative for EasyPark, but still room for improvement. It is way cheaper, but EasyPark is more convenient by automatically suggesting your parking zone without the need of you manually selecting it. The most annoying thing of the Qpark app however is that a license plate can only be used by one user. I occasionally use my wife's car, and vice versa. And our daughter uses both cars. For our family, we therefore need to install QPark on all 3 phones using my credentials = Usability issue.

Very slow and confusing app. We got a fine because we didn't enter the license plate number in the exact right way, which is very confusing to do in the app if you have a foreign license plate. When I tried to place a complaint on the webpage, the page wouldn't accept my entries, without stating what the problem was, even though I filled in all the fields correctly (error message: "There has been a technical error"). I'm never gonna park at a Q-Park again and I deleted the app.

Even though I turned on all the notifications, it doesn't show the notification of the active parking. I forgot that I turned the street parking on and now I had to pay 30 euro for one day parking fee (although I only parked for one hour). please solve this notification issue.
