When I bought my kitty headset last year December, it worked for a while. Then it stopped working with the app. Reached out to support and they made the process even more difficult. Bought these because of the cool lights and now it doesn't work. It's extremely frustrating as my girlfriend has the exact same issue. Support didn't make it easy for her either. Why are we suppose to make a video of the app not working? So frustrating.

Works pretty well. It does have some issues staying connented to my headphones meaning that I will have it set on a particular mode and color and every once in a while it will flicker back to the default purple/white light then back to whatever mode I was in. This doesn't bother me too much because I don't see see the light in my headphone but it is something the devs should look into.

It worked completely fine when i used it last year, and today I put my headphones into pairing mode and the app tells me to retry a moment later. The funniest thing is it doesnt even use my location: I gave the app permission to use my location to find the headphones and according to my phone it never actually looks for the location in the first place (an icon tells me when something is tracking my location). The "helpful" update has ruined the once functional app, and I hope its reversed.
