When I bought my kitty headset last year December, it worked for a while. Then it stopped working with the app. Reached out to support and they made the process even more difficult. Bought these because of the cool lights and now it doesn't work. It's extremely frustrating as my girlfriend has the exact same issue. Support didn't make it easy for her either. Why are we suppose to make a video of the app not working? So frustrating.

Kinda confused how I can't change colors on PC. I tried the audio meter settings and it's awful. Every little action I do the ears glow green for like 10 seconds and it's annoying. If the song is "too fast" the ears don't even sync up with each other. It's like each ear has a mind of its own when it comes to the audio meter settings. Not to mention it's very strobe effecty, which is a bit bad for me. I was expecting slow pluses. I want to like this but many things need to change.

Just like a lot of other reviews are saying, the app doesn't recognize any of my razor devices. This is definitely not an issue with my devices, it is an issue with the app. I've been contacting customer service for a almost a year now (ever since the update that caused the issue) and have not had the issue resolved. I think I'm going to switch to a different brand that actually values customer feedback and takes responsibility for their mistakes instead of blaming their customers.
