About this app

The app enables officials to gather unbiased feedback from citizens regarding grievances submitted through 16 different sources, including the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, Prajaavedika, District Collector, Monday Grievance Day, online portals, and more.
Citizen feedback plays a crucial role in governance improvement and must be collected strictly based on the citizen’s genuine opinion.
Feedback collection officials must not influence or interfere with citizens’ opinions during the process.
Feedback must be gathered within three (3) days of grievance closure to ensure relevance and accuracy.
The designated feedback collection officer must visit the citizen’s residence to collect feedback using this mobile application.
