Fabulous app, for several reasons. These exercises are very helpful for stretching my arms and legs. I have Charcot Marie Tooth disease, which adversely affects my lower legs and forearms. I have to modify these exercises obviously, but so far I have found these extremely helpful. I like the voice guidance and timer for each exercise. Other people can move to higher levels and build a suitable program for themselves. Very happy with this helpful app. Thanks.

I would offer the option to click ready between stretches as it takes more than 3 second to get from a floor position to standing. Also a description of how to do the stretch correctly or what to be aware of if you're stretching incorrectly would be helpful. Other than that I really like them.

I like it, however it's not quite finished, Idt. The last exercise in the block I was considering, is unnamed, and there are no description of how to perform it. It is "Cobra", and "from a laying in stomach position, use your firearms to raise your upper body and hold position to a ten count." But there is no way for me to write that or modify it, for better perfomance... Or, simply, *pick another* to better suite my body needs, or customize the routine if I am not "feeling it".
